I said YES!

Yesterday, St. Patrick's Day, was the best St. Patty's Day I have ever had in my long lifetime! My sweet babe proposed to me and even though I was starting to cry and couldn't spit the word YES out, I knew he knew I wanted to yell it out for all to hear...
He asked me in the most amazing and perfect way. I was completely surprised and just didn't believe it at first! Jeff had told me a few days before that he really didn't have the ring and that he wouldn't be able to get it for at least another week. I believed him because he really hadn't proposed yet and I for sure thought we would be engaged if he had the ring. Sooooo, Jeff knew that I was making a trip down to Salt Lake because I had a check up on Wednesday morning for my LASIK surgery to make sure my eyes were still doing good (and they are!) so he asked me if I would want to come feed the horses with him since it is his job to feed on Tuesday's and Thursday;s. I was stoked that he wanted me to come with him, so I told him I wanted to and I had no idea that he would be proposing to me!
When we got to his uncles ranch he asked me if I would open the garage to get the four wheeler out while he ran into the house for a second. I didn't even think twice about it and I opened the garage up and then decided that I wanted to get my sunglasses out of the truck. I got my sunglasses and Jeff picked me up in the four wheeler and we went to the first feeding area that we needed to fill up. Jeff then asked me if I wanted to help him put the hay in the feeder. I was stoked he asked cause I usually just sit in the four wheeler while he does all the hard work. Well, he gave me some gloves to put on and I put the right hand in and then when I put the left hand in I could feel something in the glove. I told Jeff that I thought there was something in my glove, like a prickler or a twig or something. I kept moving my finger around trying to get it out without poking my finger cause I thought it was a prickler and it kind of slipped onto my finger. I looked at Jeff and I said "Oh no, I think someone lost their ring in this glove." DEAD SERIOUS! I did not even think that this would be MY ring.

Haha I am so dumb sometimes. He kind of laughed at me and then grabbed me and pulled me close to him and asked me if I would marry him. My eyes immediately started tearing up and I couldn't get the word yes to come out because I was so stinking surprised! He asked me again "Well, will you?" and I said, Yes, OF COURSE! It was so romantic at the property and the sun and sky were absolutely perfect.

I cannot wait to be married to this handsome, perfect man! He is everything I have ever dreamed of and more. I am the luckiest girl in the world!

Congratulations Sister in-law to be! The Brew Crew here is stoked it is official and very excited to have you as part of the family.

When we told Ally and Emma they both were excited and had lots of questions. Emma first of all said "married at da tempol and go on the horsy bus?" (She is remembering the Lewis Coach Buses with the horse logo the Church used at the Draper Temple Open House).

Ally's questions were pretty funny as well. First she said "what today, did we miss it?". She also asked if you were going to live in Uncle Jeff's room at Grandma Susan's house and whose car you would both drive. Funny, Funny girls.

Anyhow, it is good to see Jeff become a little romantic and above all get such a great gal. You guys are and will be great together.

We are so excited for you guys! Whitey, Scout and I can't wait! Whitey of course knew before me and then forgot to mention it... then when I asked him if he knew he said yes and wouldn't give me any details. Good thing you had it posted so I could get the story... who would have thought Jeff was such a romancer? Can't wait for the big day!

We are totally stoked to have such a neat couple decide to tie the knot. We are glad to have you as a member of the family, especially since when we were younger I thought that we were related to you guys anyway (I figured anyone we hung out with at Bear Lake was one of my cousins). Congrats!
