The Angels have landed!

Thanksgiving weekend was absolutely wonderful. I did absolutely none of the homework I was planning on doing and instead I did everything I wanted to do with my family! We had such a great time down in St. George and even though I have been writing papers and finishing presentations since I got back, I wouldnt have done anything different.

Thanksgiving was absolutely beautiful. Even though I missed having Mike and Denice and their family with us, we still had such a wonderful dinner and we all fit at one big table! I never thought this was possible for our family... (Kimi has a looooong table!). The dinner was so delish and I ate WAY too much, without even going for seconds! One serving was enough! We had such a fun time together and played Phase 10 long into the night and stayed up long after bedtime. And, another great thing about Thanksgiving was that Jeff drove up late that night with some of his friends and came to join in on the fun we were having down south! He is such a sweetie!

We did a lot of fun things in St. George like going to movies and playing Wii Fit and basketball! If you have never played Wii Fit before, you are missing out because this game is seriously awesome. You really have to be so focused and balance and use your muscles to do well on the games. They have this hilariously funny step game kind of like DDR, but on a step board. It was hilarius to watch Kimi and my mom step to the music! Jeff was pretty dang good at it too! When Jeff and I played bball against my brothers I totally dominated everyone!!! jk. I suck at basketball, but they are really good and I did get ryan to H-O in Horse. I think that is pretty good! The movie we went to was "Quantum of Solace" and I was kind of disappointed because I never really knew what was going on! It was really confusing to me, but the action was pretty cool.

On saturday my mom, Kimi, Mari, Jeff and I went on a hike to Angel's Landing. It was SO SWEET! At times I really was scared because you have to use these chains and hike up this seriously steep mountain, but we had so much fun and the top of the hike is so gorgeous! Totally worth overcoming my fear of heights.
