Fruit Tart!

I was very sad when the day came for my roommate and best friend Dani to leave for home for a few months, but we had a little girls night and watched movies and made a yummy southwestern-ish salad with whatever we had in our house including bell peppers, black beans, corn, chicken, and bbq sauce and ranch! It was really yummy ant to top it off we made a fruit tart! Sometimes Dani and I like to pretend we could be on the Food Network and have our own show. We havent thought of a solid name yet though, but if you have any ideas we are definitely taking suggestions. The tart was so delicious and it looked really pretty too! I'm going to be so lonely without my girl up here in Logan, but its been so fun playing and hanging out with her! Here is a picture of our fruit tart...
